Delivering Your Order

All orders are despatched direct from our warehouse within 28 days of receipt of your order.

Delivery Restrictions

We deliver anywhere within mainland UK, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands. Orders where shipping addresses are to areas outside those stated will be cancelled and refunded – this includes Post Office boxes, shipping companies and the Channel Islands.

Unfortunately Next Day Delivery is not available.

If you are not at home at the time delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a card letting you know when and where your parcel can be collected.

How To Return Products To Us

Damaged Goods – If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us via any of the above methods. We will be happy to give you a returns authorisation number and send you a replacement with our apologies. Claims for damages can only be accepted if notified within 7 days of delivery.

Undamaged Goods – If you are not satisfied with any product, you can cancel your order within 7 working days after which the goods were delivered. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team via any of the methods shown above and we will provide you with the address and a returns authorisation number. Please ensure you return goods to us along with details of the date, product, your name and order reference number and we will, at our choice and subject to the product being unused and in a resaleable condition, either exchange it or provide you with a refund.

Please note that once the delivery process has begun you cannot cancel the agreement you have for services carried out by us.

We will process refunds as soon as we receive the returned Vimto Cluedo, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay.

When returning your Vimto Cluedo item the refund will only cover the price you have paid.
